Heated outside pool is a great hit with the kids, especially in the middle of winter. Hot tub is great for adults and kiddie pool inside when you are done outside. Great breakfast selections and variety daily. Very comfortable beds.

I liked the breakfast a lot. Somehow my boyfriend wasn't into it as much but I thought they really had great variety and it was decent. We very much enjoyed the comfortable king sized tempur-pedic bed that we had with tons of fluffy, decent quality pillows. I requested a room with massage chair in it because I saw they offered that and I was so happy I got that - it was fantastic! I thought the pool set up was very pretty - one big one and sundeck, and a smaller pool and hot tub with waterfall - the lights were pretty and it had a cozy cabin like feel.

The property was extremely clean!!! In their hallways, you couldn’t find anything on their dark black carpet. It was quite impressive. The breakfast was also delicious and had a nice variety along with their espresso machine. The staff was extremely friendly and even though there was a line of people at check in, they made some jokes and made us feel welcomed.

The room was very accommodating. The House keep in staff very very nice. The maintenance man Chris was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was the BEST we ever had at a motel. Seriously.

My husband and I received a wonderful surprise from the staff at Best Western in Portland, Maine. The staff upgraded us to the a suite when they found out my husband and I were celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary. The upgrade was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was also wonderful.

The breakfast surprisingly it was very good. Each day I was there it was something different is the main course. Always there was toast/bagels/muffins, plenty of fruit, plenty of beverage options.

the breakfast was phenomenal. staff courteous. great location near beach and Sebagos! pool and hot spa with waterfall excellent. plenty of parking.

We went out for breakfast. The bed was comfortable although too many little pillows. Would have preferred king size pillows with a king size bed.

We stayed one night to be close to portland. Been here before and liked the location. The pool and hot tub were great too.
